In the year 2000 Malcolm Hayes relocated to the UK and Certain Seal Waterproofing P/L was sold to a larger competitor. In June of that year Brent Gillies started Floorco QLD P/L which concentrated on repairs to construction joints in warehouse slabs and installation of protective coatings and epoxy flooring systems as well as remedial waterproofing. The protective coating work became a large part of the business focus, concentrating on the waste water treatment and water storage industry. The question was often raised regarding the Company name Floorco, as a large percentage of the work undertaken no longer included flooring and so Technical Contracting Solutions P/L as it is today was born.
The range and scope of Technical Contracting Solutions P/L works has continued to grow. Technical Contracting Solutions P/L's knowledgeable and experienced staff pride themselves on providing creative, cost effective solutions for most problem areas associated with reinforced concrete, waterproofing and joint sealing.
