Warehouse Floor Repairs & Maintenance






















  Technical Contracting Solutions P/L specializes in the maintenance, repair and replacement of concrete warehouse floors in Brisbane and South East Queensland. We provide preventative maintenance programs through to full replacement of the floor either while in production or out of hours on weekends or evenings. We also carry out concrete repairs to the warehouse floor surface through to complete re surface systems such as epoxy, urethane and cement based self leveling toppings.

We can provide preventative maintenance jointing systems that will prevent the spalling of the joint edges from the construction stage thus protecting the tenant / owner from expensive repair bills and costly shut downs. We can also carry out the repairs once spalling has occurred with minimum down time using fast curing resins and grouts that can allow for full rebuild of a joint to a trafficable stage in an 8 hour shift.

We supply all of our own concrete cutting and grinding equipment both electric and petrol powered so do not have the need for subcontractors on site. Our dry cutting methods include the use of dust extraction equipment to prevent dust contamination of stock and equipment and also wet cutting and grinding for maximum dust control.












 


Joint Edge Rebuilding - When the joints in the concrete floor first begin to spall we can install a low budget preventative maintenance repair system that will prevent further spalling and provide a smooth transition across the joint for fork lifts and picker machines.

This system is by far the most cost and time efficient of all joint repairs.

Concrete Cutting and Grinding - we have all of our own preparation equipment for cutting, grinding, shot blasting, grit blasting, water blasting and scarifying of concrete surfaces so we do not have to rely on other contractors to perform this work.

Epoxy Linemarking - If you do not want to keep replacing your line marking it can be more efficient long term to carry out line marking using an epoxy coating.

We have installed epoxy line marking to Aircraft hangers in the past including spray applied epoxy for letters and numbers that have lasted over 8 years in a high traffic and chemical environment
Concrete Replacement - If the concrete is beyond repair we can remove the existing concrete and place and finish new concrete ready for traffic over the weekend both internal and external. If necessary the concrete can be trafficable within 2 hours using high early strength pre bagged concrete repair mortars.

We remove the existing concrete by cutting then removing by fork lift to prevent ongoing demolition noise and dust.
